CRIMINAL SESSIONS. Wednesday, February 10. (Before his Hou-or Mr Justice Denniston.) ALLEGED INDECENCY. There were forty complaints of offences of the kind just prior to the accused’s arrest, and there had been none since. He believed that the prisoner was in a morbid state of mind almost approaching disease, but ho was a menace to society. A sentence of four months’ imprisonment on each of five charges wuld be inflicted, the sentences to be cumulative. The criminal sessions concluded at 5.50 p:m. [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND.
