Detective Broberg, the principal officer concerned in the arrest of Matenga at Gisborne, has been granted a reward of £4O by u he Police Department, and Constable Skinner, his companion, £ls. Mr W. The Rev Father James Hickson has been gazetted manager of St Joseph'* Industrial School, Hill Street, Wellington .
