The Paronioa Zakkas refuse to surrender five outlaws, or to accede to other British demands. Major-General Willcooks is trying to prevent the Zakkas from escaping into Afghanistan, and will penetrate the Bazar Valley simultaneously by several routes. THE ZAKKA REBELS' EXPEDITION CALCUTTA, February 15. Major-General Willcocks, advancing with remarkable rapidity, has already closed the northern end of the passes commanding the Zakkas' country. The Afridis generally are quiet. The Zakkas are removing their women and children. Tho British force includes a battalion each of the Warwick, Seaforth and Munster Regiments. Encampments have been established at Aliwasjid, Landi Kopal and Landi Khana.
