His doctors declare that there is no causa for serious apprehension. Tho visit of the King and Queen of Spain to Vienna has been postponed. LONDON, October 14. The “Daily Mail’s” Vienna correspondent wires that tho Emperor’s physicians are mainly anxious regarding signs of senile weakness. Tho latest bulletin (states that tho action, of the heart is satisfactory. The Emperor insists on transacting business, and misses his usual exorcise. When questioned regarding his health he replied, “Bad, very bad,”
