The report of the Board of into the extensive Customs frauds in the Forwood case exonerated the Customs officials from blame. The discovery of another sot of frauds has created a sensation. The firm concerned in them is of high reputation. No fraud is alleged against the firm, but against its agents at Port Adelaide, where the 'operations were conducted.
