PRESENTATIONS.

On Thursday, Mrs Sargineon,' who is about to pay an. extended visit to Australia, was entertained at afternoon tea by tiie ladies of the Linwood Congregational Church, about 70 being present. Mrs Boon, on behalf of the ladies present, presented Mrs Sarginson with a purse of sovereigns. During the afternoon a number df vocal contributions ■were'given. At the Tedding ton Schoolroom on Friday evening, a presentation was madato Miss Calvert, who has been the teacher iu Teddingtoxi School for twoyears. Tire Rev W. Wills made the presentation, which took the shape 01 a silver tea set. Miss Calvert- suitably replied.
