4. [Per Press Association.] , NEW PLYMOUTH, November 21. Mr Seddon gave, a political address tonight at the Theatre Royal, which was packed in every part, numbers being unable to gain admission. He was accorded a splendid reception. He spoke for nearly three hours on much the same lines as in the north. He strongly urged butter producers to stop exporting unsalted butter, which was now used for purposes or adulteration. His speech was frequently applauded. At the close a vote of thanks to the Premier and of confidence in the Government was carried with great acclamation.
•HIS* VISIT SOUTH. [From Our Correspondent.] DUNEDIN, November 21. The Premier will visit Southland and Otago next week, remaining in this portion of the colony till the elections take place. He will attend the ceremony of turning the first sod of the Roxburgh-Lawrence railway.
