The following cable message was i'-e----oeived yesterday from Messrs Winchcombo, Carson and Co., of Sydney:— Wool—The market is strong. We sold over 5000 bales to-day at auction and privately. Greasy fleece to 13|d, othor qualities in proportion, sooureds to 223 d. Messrs Dalgety and Company, Limited, have received tiro- following cable message from their London office, under date November 20:—The new arrivals for the sixth series of wool sales have amounted to 131,800 bales, cl which 28,000 bales have been forwarded direct to. manufacturers at Home and abroad, leaving 103,800 bales available for sale.
