CYCLING.
The Oxford Bicycle Club held ia road race on Wednesday, from Oxford to Bennetts and back, a distance of about eleven mite. Of an entry of fifteen only eight faced the starter. The race was <mn in good time, considering that the roads were very wot and muddy, tie distance being covered in 35nlin 85scc. Messra Alford aaid Hunter acted as starter and timekeeper respectively.
