Lady Jersey, who* has just arrived from England, has received a cable message announcing the death of her father. Lord Leigh. (Lord Leigh was the second baron of the name. He was born on January 17, 1824, and succeeded his father m 1850. He was a governor and trustee of Rugby School, and was appointed Lord-Lieutenant of Warwiobshir© in 1852.)
