THE MIKADO AND HIS FLEET. United ■ Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.. TOKIO, October 24. The Mikado, aboard 1 the Asama, reviewed the Japanese and British fleets in Tokio Bay. The combined squadrons comprised 308 vessels. The captured Russian warships were a feature. The shores were lined with spectators, and tremendous enthusiasm was shown. The Mikado afterwards gave an audience to tdie British and American; officers. The warships were illuminated at night, and there was a fireworks display.
