The Gorman newspapers publish apparently inspired articles protesting against foreign intrusion in the Baltic sea and suggesting that the Sound and Great Belt should bo the northern Dardanelles.
LONDON, July 29,
The “Daily Express e ” Berlin correspondent says that the Kaiser’s visits indicate a counter-stroke to the British naval organisation in the North Sea, taking the form of exclusion of warships except Russian, Gorman. Swedish and Danish from the Baltic.
