The Kossuth party refused to permit the King’s rescript proroguing the Diet until September 15 to bo read until a vote of censure had been passed upon the Eojervary Cabinet. At M. Banffy’s instance tho Opposition protested against the adjournment of Parliament as an open infringement of national representation. Loud shouts and hurrahs were given for Norway, amidst an extraordinary tumult.
