Britain, Prance and Italy are negotiating a treaty with respect to the neutrality and integrity of Abyssinia. It is reported also that the negotiations deal with the railway question. The “ Times ” Paris correspondent says that notwithstanding contrary reports, there is no intention of submitting the treaty to Germany, which has no interests involved.
