A NUISANCE.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Could you please inform me if there is an inspector of nuisances for this district, and who ho is? Last night I had occasion to be down Waltham Road when that southerly gale was blowing, and the smell from pigs and fowls somewhere opposite the Waltham library was awful. I understood when wo came into Greater Christ-, church this sort of filth was to be done away with.—l am, etc., GOOD HEALTH. Waltham, April 4.
