The musical and- elocutionary contests 9t the Band of Hope Union were continued in the Choral Hull last night. The-recitations, vocal solos and vocal duets were of more than average meirit, and were much appreciated by ai large audience. Quartets, Miss Mus-grove and party (Knox Church Band of Hope), Miss Wilkinson and party (WooFeton Band of Hope), equal, 1, Choir, Knox Church Band of Hope 1.
