In the matter of a Proposed Bill or _ Act entitled an Act to constitute the Wairewa County. PURSUANT to the provisions of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Local Bills, the inhabitants of the LITTLE RIVER ROAD DISTRICT hereby give notice that APPLICATION will be made to the General Assembly ,of New Zealand in Parliament assembled at the next session for leave to INTRODUCE A BILL entitled “An Act to Constitute the Wairewa County.” The objects of the said Bill are to tute a new Countv called The Wairewa County, which will' include the whole of the Little River Road District aad a small portion of the Akaroa and Wainul Road District, which districts now form part of the Akaroa Counts’ The Boundaries of the District proposed to he included in the new County are defined in the schedule attached to the said proposed Bill. And. further, to Abolish the Little River Hoad District and so much of the Akaroa and Waimii Road District as is included in the Boundaries of the new County so to he constituted. , The Proposed Bill will also vest in the new County the lauds vested in the Body Corporate of the County of Akaroa by " The Lake Forsyth Drainage Act, 1894,” and “ The Lake Forsyth Lauds Vesting Act, 1896,” which said lands are included in the Boundaries of the proposed new County, defined in the schedule to the said proposed Bill A Copy of the proposed Bill, with a plan showing the area affected, is deposited in the Magistrate’s Court at Little River, at which place the same is open for inspection during office hours.
