The undertaking to be ens aged in is: To purchase, extend, alter, renew, i-epair and equip 'the tramways existing ini the district, "nd to introduce such system of (fraction, inluding it he use of -electricity as -a. -motive power, as tho Board may thick fit, a-nd 1 to purchase such land, machinery and' plant, and erect such buildings as nwy be deemed necessary for the purposes aforesaid. 2.
