MATTER OF A BILL INTITULED AN ACT to provide for tho Holding of Real and Personal Properly by on behalf of tho Grand SVodge of Antient Free and Accepted Masons of New Zealand p.i;d Lodges subject to such Grand Lodge and to provide for tho succession of title -thereto. OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application is intended to be made to tin a General Assembly of New Zealand for leave to bring in a Bill at the next Session thereof having the title above named and that copies of tiho said Bill will be deposited at the Oi of the Examiner of Standing Orders ou 1,.vate Bills before ihe commencement of the next Session of Parliament or within fourteen days thereafter. Tho objects of the said Bill are to provide that all real and personal property which belongs now or may hereafter belong to the Grand Lodge of Antient Free snd Accepted Masons of New Zealand or Lodges subject thereto may vest in'and be managed by trustees and that on any change in the Trusteeship becoming necessary the title to such property shall devolve upon succeeding trustees without the expenso of Conveyance or transfer being inc-uired and to provide facilities of proof as to Trustees.
