ROAD BOARD ELECTIONS.
Only two candidates, Messrs J. Stalker and C. Leech, were aiominated yesterday for the three vacant scats on the Mandeville and R;uigiora Road Board. It will now be necessary to hold an extraordinary election for the return of one member. Messrs H. lumber, V. C. Murray and J. Wolfe have been returned unopposed as members of the Springs Road Board. Messrs T. Brown, G. Gray and D. M'Millan, junr., have been returned unopposed for tlie South Malvern Road Board,
