A CREAT JUDGMENT.
Few- understand, the onerous duties of a Judgo -upon, the' Bench. We expecb more of 'him than from other men. Ha must) be rigid'in liis- morals, fearless and infalli- 1 ble, and yet merciful in hia decision; andl one whom we can respect. " There is only one-hiirher judge than he upon the earth, and tha'ti is THE PUBLIC. A Judge may err, but the jrablie never. Public judgment is as certain as time and tide. The* law of.- supply and ■demand, is fixed' and) unchangeable, ,and the-thing, of no merit dies quickly; the thing of little merit gasps in its birth, and'feebly, dies out, after be-, ing tried and found'wanting. Tie' tide'of public, favour \demands that which ib wants, and r6fuses the- thing that has failed- to suit; and Mr Richard Murray, of Green's) Road, Sj r dney, .speaks with the rising tide : —" I have much pleasure in letting you know the benefit I have received invoking ■Dr' Morse's Indian-Root Pills. I suffered many years with indigestion and biliousness to such ail extent that I found life unbearable, having consulted doctors in every State. I was at last induc«d to try your remedy, and I can faithfully and truly say that I have found them a lasting benefit, and can conscientiously recommend them to anyone suffering from bilious attacks. I never travel without them, and would advise everyone to do the same. You can use this letter in any way you think fit, as I think it my duty to let people know the efficacy of Dr Morse's* Indian Root Pills." Dr Morse's Indian Root Pills are a perfect blood purifier, and a positive cure for biliousness, indigestion, constipation, headaches, sallow complexion, liver; and kidney troubles, piles, pimples and blotches, and for female ailments. Put up in amber bottles, and the full name blown thereon. 6
