By-Law Offences.—For having ridden bicycles on footpaths, S. Harvey, P. Gillmau, C. Watson, W. Everett, L. Simpson, J. Gregory and 0. Moller w«re fined each 10s and costs.—J. Saddler, who had given a'wrong name- on a previous occasion, was fined 20s and costs, and a charge against P. Augarde was dismissed.—For having ridden without lights after. dark, Alfred Burns and' Stanley Lancaster were also fined each 10s and costs.—Charles Wilson, W. Hiller arid J. Slattcry were fined each 5s and costs for having left vehicles unattended, and A. Landry and 0. Schow were fined 10s and costs for similar offences.—W. F. Burns, G.
