The following candidates have been nominated in: connection with the Lyttelton municipal election: —For Mayor—James Grubb, William /RadclifFe and William Laird Whitby. For Councillors—Robert Brown, William Cameron Cleary, Peter Cameron Clean-, Charles Evin Curtis, William Thomas " Foster, Joseph Garrard, Charles Kay, Joseph M'Lean, James Talbot Norton, George Rutherford, George Christopher Smith, Nicholas. Carl Schumacher and Samuel Rollin Webb. A poll for the election of a Mayor and nine Councillors will be held at the Fire Brigade Station on Wednesday, April 29, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
