MURDER OF MAGISTRATES. (ALBANIANS AND THE CONSULS. United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE) April 21. The Albanians shot two Magistrates appointed in connection with the reforms at Scutari and escaped scathlesß. The Albanians refuse to tolerate Consuls north of Uskub, and threaten the lives of the Russian and Servian Consuls.
FIERCE FIGHTING. FLEEING FROM THE INSURGENTS. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 21.
Five hundred Bulgarians, in uniforms, surrounded thirty Turkish soldiers at Radoviitch. The latter were reinforced and defeated tho band. Nine Turks and thirty Bulgarians were killed. I Six hundred recently-amnestied Bulgarian prisoners have rejoined the insurgents. . ! Many families are leaving Salomca, fearing that the insurgents will dynamite the banks and public buildings. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. LONDON, April 22. The Vienna, correspondent of the "Times" states that an official .'despatch; from Constantinople asserts that many Albanians have been arrested there. Precautionary measures have been taken in the Albanian garrison at Zilias, where the suspicious element has been exiled.
