ODDFELLOWS’ HALL,

There was a bumper house at the Oddfellows’ Hall last night, when Mr George Dean’s Company gave an excellent variety entertainment. The programme supplied is one of the best’ sixpenny entertainments ever seen in Christchurch. ’ The illustrated songs sung by Mr' Millar Fraser, the excellent biograph pictures, tho juggling of Rexo, and the admirable turns . by Mr George Deans and Miss Ethel Gwynne, make the performance a realty creditable one. The gallery at the back of the hall has now been thoroughly renovated, and is reserved for ladies and their escorts.
