The actuarial report attached recommends the necessity for Government assistance, and-suggests moderating the pensions and increasing the contributions. WILFUL MURDER. (Received Nov. 14, 12.19 a.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 13. A-verdict of wilful murder'against some | person unknown was found in the case of a, man named Haines, who was found shot in the Centennial Park.
