Mr John Roche, the member of th.c House of Commons for Galway East, has been arrested at Woodford for non-appear-ance under tho Crimes Act. Mr John O'Donnell, the member for Mayo North, was similarly arrested at Claremorris. Mr William O’Brien, the member for Cork, and Mr Cornelius O’Kelly, the member for May-, Nprth, led a mob in an attempt to rescue Mr O’Donnell. The Earl of Dudley, the Lord'-Lieuten-ant of Ireland, made his State entry into Dublin yesterday. He received a cordial ovation. (Received Sept. 29, 1 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28. Lord Dudley, receiving representatives of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, announced that the Government was favourably disposed towards a Bill to obviate the inconvenience -and expense of private Bill procedure.
