A CHINO-AMERIOAN TREATY. United: Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, Sept. 1. The United States Government has instructed Mr Conger to conclude a treaty with China on similar lines to that of tha Anglo-Ohinese treaty, to secure any trade advantages given to the British. LONDON, Sept. 2. Reuter’s Agency states that China has rescinded; the abolition of likin until all the Powers have agreed to an increase of the import and export duties. '
