THE COLOSSEUM.

There was a fairly large attendance at the Colosseum Skating Rink last evening, when a benefit night was given for the manager and secretary, Mr R. W. Barry. During the evening Mr E. P. Jerman attempted to lower the record for the halfmile, but he was unsuccessful, his time being taken as 2mdn Ssec. The Skating Rink will be closed until further notice.
