United Press Association—By Electrij Telegraph—Copyright THE HENTY BANK ROBBERIES. SYDNEY, Oct. 2. At a public meeting at Albury, Mr Lamport, the manager of the Henty Bank, was presented with a gold l medal, and Mr Hazelton, the clerk, with a silver "medal, provided by the Government, in recognition of their valour in defending the bank against robbers. A STEAMER RE-FLOATED. The stranded steamer Oakland has been successfully floated. AN EXPLANATION. (Received Oct. 2, 10.15 p.m.) The steamer Orion, reported as sailing for Wellington on Sept. 19, is at present engaged in the Melbourne-Launeeston trade. THE DEATH OF OTTO- CRIBB. Eleven persons charged with the manslaughter of Otto Cribb, a boxer, on July 23, were acquitted. SOUTH AUSTRALIAN REVENUE. ADELAIDE, Oct. 2. The State revenue for the quarter decreased by £104,000 compared with the revenue for the last corresponding quarter.
