[From Opb Special Corbespoxd’ext’.l WELLINGTON, August b. The six thoroughbred horses imported hy the Government for stud purposes are to be apportioned between the two Islands. Of those for. the South Island, one will probably be located near Christchurch, one at Oamani, and a third at Gore. A paddock near Oamaru is to he acquired for the draught entire intended Tor the Southlsland. 1 G :
