THE MAGISTERIAL INQUIRY. [Pee Pbess Association.] HEW PLYMOUTH, July 30. The Magisterial inquiry into the wreck of the Lizzie Bell opened this morning, before Mr Stanford, S.M., and Captain Hood, Nautical Assessor, and was adjourned till Wednesday, oh the application of the Marino Department, to allow Captain Adamson, a second assessor, to arrive from Auckland; .
