The King’s Title Bill has been read a second time in the House of Lords. Earl Rosebery suggested the adoption of the words, “Of all Britain Beyond the Seas, King.” The Marquis of Salisbury said that it was desirable to receive the written views of the colonies before a final decision.; was made. . The Nationalists have decided to strenuously oppose the Bill.
