HONGKONG, June .30.
Linkunyi, Viceroy of Liangkiang, with his headquarters at Nanking, urges that the Allies should evacuate Shanghai. There are persistent reports among the Chinese at Shanghai regarding an invasion of China by Mongols fomented by Prince Tuan and General Tung-fuh-Siang.
THE NEW CAPITAL. HONGKONG, July 1,
Sheng Taotai has received' a cablegram from Si-ngan-fu stating that the Dowager Empress has fixed the capital at Kai-fong-fu, in Honan, and will mot return to Pekin herself or permit tho Emperor, fearing to be entrapped by tho Chinese reformers or the allies.
