MARITIME STRIKES IN ITALY.
MAILS AND PASSENGERS CARRIED BY WAR VESSELS. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. ROME, April 16. Owing to the seamen's and engineers' strikes in Italy, torpedo boats' are carrying mails, and warships are carrying passengers to Sardinia, where the foreign mails are transferred to foreign liners.
