| The sitting of the Court at Kaiapoi war, continued' yesterday. In the, case of Kuhata and H. K. Taiaroa, succession ,to Irai Teliau, deceased,' the appe-nhwas upheld, as the restriction on'the hand, did not- pretclude -the respondents from participating under the will. Evidence was taken on several Kaiapoi cases, but judgment was reserved in each case. It is probablo that the 1 Court will sit for another week.
