PRESENTATIONS.

.On Monday evening there, was a numerous attendance at the Gust Presbyterian Church, whero the Rev .F. Stubbs distributed the prizes won,-by the.children of the' Sabbath School. During the evening Miss Pinlayson gave a reading, the Misses M’Cutchen sang a duet,-and solos were contributed by Miss Lucy M’Cutchen and'Miss Hassall. Mr G-. Euddenklau presented Mrs Stubbs, who .is about to depart; for England, .with a handsome Kaiapoi vug, and a copy of Lowell's poems., as an expression of appreciation by the congregation and choir. On:behalf of the Sabbath School teachers the chairman (Mr A. D. Hassall), presented Mrs Stubbs with a copy of “ Glimpses of Australia,” ns a slight recognition of the valued service rendered to the school. Mr J. Smith (elder), and Mr J. Forbes (secretary, of managers), bore testimony to the good work dons, and heartily wished her a pleasant journey.. Mrs Stubbs gracefully responded. The-proceedings were brought to a close by all singing, “ God be With You Till Wc Meet Again.” :
