DECREASE OF HOME MANUFACTURES. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, Feb. 18. There has been a great decrease in the German Home trade, especially in iron manufactures. Fifty per cent of the Berlin building trades are unemployed.
