The estate -of the late Baron Armstrong, of Elswick, has been sworn at £1,389, 946. The Baron bequeathed £7OOO to charities. HEAVY FAILURE. (Received Feb. 20, 12.35 a.m.) Paatch and Co., wool and grain exporters, of Buenos Ayres, have suspended payment. Their liabilities amount to half a million pounds.
