A NIHILIST PLOT.
AN ARREST. United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received Jan. 17, 12.28 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 16. A Nihilist, Prince Nakachine, was arrested at Nice. Documents found at his residence at Paris showed that he had connection with a plot to assassinate the Czar if he visited Nice. Other, accounts declare that Nakachine is a swindler.
