[From Oub Coebeseondent.] WELLINGTON-, June 27. Informations have been laid against W. A. Donald, H. Coogan and R. S. Henrythree persons recently disqualified by the Masterton Racing Club in connection with the Ethel “ ringing-in case, them with conspiring to defraud the club - of the amount of the stakes won by Ethel, ihe case will be heard in Wellington on July 10 Summonses have, also been issued auainst Henry and Coogan for an alleged attempt to defraud the Ashburton RacingClub of the amount of the stakes won under similar circumstances.
