PROPOSED BY-LAWS re WHARFAGE AND PILOTAGE RESPECTIVELY, and for LICENSING VESSELS OR BOATS WHEN BEING TOWED WITH PASSENGERS ON BOARD, WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE POET OP IN accordance with the provisions of “The Harbours Act,” 1878, and the Acts amending the same, notice is hereby given that the undermentioned "PROPOSED BYLAWS TO AMEND the By-law fixing the Pilotage Rates and Wharfage Rates in the Port of Lyttelton, as adopted by the Lyttelton Harbour Board, on the 28th day of June, 1893, now in force in the Port of Lyttelton; also a proposed Bydaw for licensing Vessels and Boats when being towed with Passengers on board within the limits of the Port of Lyttelton, have been printed, and are open for public inspection during office hours, viz., from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the offices of the. said Baord, situate in Cathedral Square, in the City of Christchurch, and Norwich Quay, in the Town of Lyttelton. The PROPOSED BY-LAWS are “Bylaws of the Lyttelton Harbour Board for attending the Pilotage Rates and the Wharfage Rates respectively, to be paid in the Port of Lyttelton, and for licensing Vessels and Boats when being ■ towed with Passengers on board within the limits of the Port of Lyttelton.” Dated this 14th day of June, 1899.
