Mr J. Holmes (Hokitika) and Mr J. B. Tiilley (Linwpod, Christ chur ch) have resigned their appointments as Justices of the Peace.

The Services of the Linwood Rifle Volunteers, Christchurch, have been accepted by the Government.

The terms of the extradition treaty which has been signed betewcen, Great Britain and the Republic of Bolivia a,re gazetted.
