[Per Press Association.! NAPIER, August 12. The express train from Wellington ran into a cow south of Waipawa, derailing three carriages, but no one was injured. Heavy rain has fallen without intermission all day. At five the up-country reports were to the effect that the rivers were high, and rising rapidly. Floods are feared. There is little chance of the football fixture with Canterbury coming off to-morrow.
