Earl De La Warr, Martin D. Rucker (Mr Hooley’s partner), a man named Broadley (who Mr Hooley stated had received £IO,OOO from him for managing the Press), and another named Bradshaw, are being charged with contempt for endeavouring to induce Mr Hooley to alter his evidence with regard to his bankruptcy.
