Pursuant to the provisions of the Counties Act, 1886, and the Acts amending the same, the Water Supply Act, 1891, and the Acta amending the same, and all other powers in that behalf thereunto enabling them, NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Waimakariri-Ashley Water Supply Board to RAISE, A SPECIAL LOAN on the security and for the 1 WORE MENTIONED BELOW— L .The particular work proposed to be under, taken is the completion of the System of Water Supply from the Eiver Wmmnkariri, at Brown’s Rock, for the service of the lands within the Brown's Bock Subdivision of the District. 2, The amount proposed to ho borrowed for such purpose is £BOOO, in such sums as may he required from time to time. 3. It is proposed to pledge era security for such Loan—lst.
