The American visible wheat supply is estimated at 40,577,000 bushels.

NAPIER, April 14,

Messrs Nelson Bros., Limited, Tomoana, received the following cablegram from the Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company, London, to-day:—“ Frozen meat market. —To-day’s quotations are, best Canterbury mutton 3|d per lb, best Napier and North Island 2|d per lb, first quality lamb 4£d per lb, second quality lamb 44d per lb.” ■
