RANGIORA MORRIS-TUBE CLUB.

The annual' meeting of this club was held last evening at the volunteer orderlyroom. There was an attendance of fifteen, and Mr C. d’Auvergne (captain) presided. The report stated that the club had had a successful year. The balance-sheet showed receipts £l2 3s 9d, aud expenditure £l4 14s, including a debit balance of £4 8s 6d brought forward. The statement of assets and liabilities showed a credit of £4,12s 9d. Eleven new members were elected. The officers elected for the year were s—Patron, Mr A. Y. Hay; president, the Mayor (Mr, C. I. Jennings); vice-presidents, Messrs J. Sausom, M. Scott and E. W. Relph; captain, Mr C. d’Auvergne; sub-captain, Mr H. Gulliver; secretary, Mr J. J, Wilson; treasurer, Mr W. Blackett; committee, Messrs E. Walker, W. Efford, sen., H. Rule. B. d’Auvergne, G. Jordan, C. Fraser and E. Reeve; handicapper, Mr J. O. Josling; custodian, Mr H. Rule ; auditor, Mr J. Marshall. It was resolved that each member should pay sixpence for each evening’s shooting, for which he will bo entitled to nine rounds of ammunition. A vote of thanks was accorded to the outgoing officers. Ic was decided to challenge tho Gust Club. Votes of thanks were accorded to the donors of prizes, and to the handicapper, Mr J. O. Josling. The opening night was fixed for March 31.
