T&TOTTCE is hereby given that, ymrsuant to the I\l provisions of the Water Supply Act, 1891, and amendments, the Counties. The particular work proposed to ho undertaken is tho completion of the system of water supply from the river Waimakariri, at Brown’s Book, tor tiie service of the lands within the Brown’s Rock subdivision of tho district. 2. The sum proposed to bo borrowed for such purpose is £3OOO. 3. It is proposed to pledge as security for such loan— !
