FPeb Press Association.] NAPIER, June 7, John M’Conoehie Browne, a letter-carrier, was brought before the Court this morning, charged with stealing two letters, each containing a cheque value £, l. Many complaints have been made as bo letters going astray, and the investigations of the police resulted iu the arrest of the accused. Browne was remanded.
